CloAgentBot — Privacy Policy

CloAgentBot is a private, single-user application. It is built and used by one individual to copy that same individual's own Pinterest boards into that same individual's own Notion workspace. There is no sign-up, no other user, and no third-party access of any kind.

1. Who this policy covers

The only user of CloAgentBot is its owner and developer, who is also the owner of the Pinterest account it reads. The application is not offered to the public and does not process any other person's data.

2. What data is accessed

When the owner authorises CloAgentBot through Pinterest OAuth 2.0, the application reads the following from the owner's own Pinterest account only:

• Board names and board IDs
• Pin titles and pin descriptions
• Pin image URLs (the address only — no image file is downloaded)
• Pin destination links
• Pin creation dates

Requested scopes: boards:read, boards:read_secret, pins:read, pins:read_secret. The secret scopes are required because the owner's boards are secret boards.

3. What is never accessed

• Any Pinterest account other than the owner's
• Messages, followers, ads, analytics or payment information
• Image files — only the URL returned by the Pinterest API is stored

CloAgentBot is read-only. It never creates, edits, deletes or publishes Pins or boards, and never posts anything to Pinterest.

4. How the data is used

Retrieved fields are written as rows into a private Notion database owned by the same individual, where they serve as a personal visual reference archive. The data is not analysed for advertising, not used to train any model, and not shown to anyone else.

5. Storage and sharing

Data is stored only in the owner's private Notion workspace and on the owner's personal computer. It is never sold, published, shared with third parties, or transferred to any other service. No cookies, analytics or trackers are used by this application.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as the owner chooses and can be deleted at any time by removing the rows from the Notion database. The owner can revoke CloAgentBot's access at any time from Pinterest account settings, which immediately and permanently stops all data retrieval.
